Financial Freedom
Today, millions of Americans suffer under the crushing weight of debt. According to the Federal Reserve, consumer debt — which includes credit cards, auto loans, student loans and personal loans — is expected to hit $4 trillion this year.
The average American household carries $137,063 in debt. Yet the U.S. Census Bureau reports that the median household income was just $59,039 last year, which means that that many Americans are living beyond their means.

More than 2 out of 3 U.S. adults (68 percent) don’t know when, or if, they will ever be debt-free, according to a new CreditCards.com survey. The result is increased rates of anxiety and depression as well as bankruptcy and despair.

My work with hundreds of clients has enabled me to develop a proprietary methodology that will help you get out of debt and achieve financial independence.

The first step is addressing the psychological challenges of changing our behaviors. Even though we all dream of living debt-free, when it comes time to take the first step towards achieving that goal, most people take a step back because the embarrassment of debt kills our confidence and makes us blame ourselves.

The next step is to create a budget -- and stick to it. This may sound simple but for most of us it is extremely difficult. A budget is not simply a spreadsheet you need to balance. Your budget requires insight into the best ways to attack your debt as well as how to have enough money to do so.
